The family
Behind both tables, one family.
It all began at a counter in Sitges market, with the charcuterie the family still keeps today. In 2017 they opened their first table —Moreno Major, on Major 17— and with it a way of understanding produce: the same care of the market, now in the ageing and the sea of every day.
