Barbate almadraba bluefin tuna
Wild bluefin tuna caught off Barbate by almadraba, a craft of Phoenician roots. It arrives whole and is broken down in-house the ronqueo way: from its richest cuts we slice fine sheets, served almost raw with a drizzle of soy. Marbled fat, sea and season at their purest.

Sin pensarlo decidimos alargar nuestra visita en la zona y descubrimos este local. Nos llamó rápidamente la atención, una decoración muy llamativa y la presencia de los productos a la vista en la nevera nos terminó de convencer. Todo espectacular, unos entrantes clásicos, huevos rotos y champiñones y unas ostras y tartar. Luego una carne que estaba deliciosa, con una guarnición que nos sorprendió, acompañado de buen vino y un remate con unos postres. Guiño para el personal, muy atento, profesional y pendientes.
Restaurante en pleno centro de Sitges, con variedad de productos de alta gama. El servicio excelente te presentan los platos para que elijas el que más te gusta. Tiene mucha variedad de vinos postres carnes, y mariscos que hace una cena inolvidable. Es un restaurante que recomiendo si estás por Sitges de paseo y no sabes qué comer. Prácticamente obligatorio venir.
Relatively new restaurant belonging to the same group as the one on Calle Mayor which is more of a Tapas place but also very nice. Very nice place (and I certainly liked the fact that we could eat early…) a great option for both fish or meat. The waiters come to the table with the fresh options of the day in seafood and meat. Very nice ambience and good sound level. Highly recommended for the elaborate and very tasty dishes!
