Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Moreno Degustación, S.L., tax ID (NIF) B66782236, registered address Carrer Major, 17, 08870 Sitges (Barcelona, Spain). For anything related to your data you can write to reservas@morenomajor.com.

What data we collect

Through the booking request form we collect your full name, phone number and email, together with the venue, date, time and number of guests. If you add them, also your comments about the visit (allergies, celebrations…).

What we use it for

We use this data solely to handle your booking request: to check availability and confirm your booking — or suggest an alternative — by phone or email. We do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the acceptance box before sending the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Recipients

To deliver your request by email we use a transactional email provider, which acts as a data processor and only processes the data under our instructions. We do not share your data with other third parties unless legally required.

Retention

We keep your request data for as long as needed to handle it and, at most, 12 months from the requested booking date. After that we delete it.

Website analytics

To know how many people visit the site and which pages interest them we use Umami, an analytics tool self-hosted on our own server within the European Union. It sets no cookies and uses no other tracking technique on your device, it does not store your IP address and it does not follow you across other websites. We neither share that information with third parties nor combine it with your booking data.

What we get are aggregated statistics: page views, language, approximate country, device type and the site you came from, together with anonymous actions such as clicking the booking button or sending a request. None of these measurements can identify you, which is why this site does not need to show you a cookie notice.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by writing to reservas@morenomajor.com. If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
